Junior Sous/Sous Chef, £25,000 - £30,000, paid overtime, 2 Rosette Hotel based near Llandudno.
Junior Sous Chef required for this 2 Rosette Hotel located in close to Llandudno. As Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and the management team to ensure the Restaurant is at the highest of standards - currently at 2 Rosettes but always looking to improve. A Junior Sous Chef required to work in this excellent independent Country Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality local ingredients. As Junior Sous you will be working with a very talented and experienced Head Chef and to deputise and help cover in his absence, you will work in various sections of the kitchen, producing food of the highest standard using various cooking styles and techniques. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurant’s success.
Experience within a minimum of a 1 Rosette kitchen is essential. Strong Senior Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs will be considered for this role.
