Catermatch Solutions are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced individual Bar Manager to head the bar operations of a multiple event business. The Bar Manager role is to develop the bar, cocktail & beverage team. You will take responsibility for the Beverage operations of the venue, liaising with the management and directing your bar team to ensure the highest of standards. The Role
This entertainment venue & multi-event space has a strong food and beverage operation that is focused on high standards and delivery of excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to ensure that every aspect of the bar operation continues to be at the high standards, and where possible to look at opportunities to exceed them even further. Cellar management skills are essential, cask ales, modern beers & lagers are readily available, replenished and changed daily. A wide range of beverages are available and include cocktails, wines & spirits. You will be expected to be prominent in promotions, liaising with your team to ensure quality of both product and service. You will have excellent knowledge of all health & safety legislation as well as man management skills. Other essential skills & attributes include -stock control, cellar Management, strong leadership, team ethics, new product initiative, positive attitude and the ability to build a professional, happy, productive team
