Bar Supervisor, £23,00 plus overtime paid in lieu.

Catermatch Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and knowledgeable Bar Supervisor for this recently opened unique venue in Halifax. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the bar as well as working on any events that may require food and beverage. You will ensure the high standards already set in place are maintained, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a relaxed professional environment. The venue offers a unique bar, food, café, event & theatrical space - available to general public admissions, organised performances & private event spaces, it’s a vibrant artistic event venue with lots of activities, shows, entertainment & daily socialising amongst locals and invitees.

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that every aspect of the bar operation continues to be at the high standards, and where possible to look at opportunities to exceed them even further. Cocktail experience would be a benefit but training will be given – the company works in conjunction with a very well known artisan brewer for all ale and cocktail training. You will be expected to be prominent in promotions, liaising with your team to ensure quality of both product and service. You will have excellent knowledge of all health & safety legislation as well as man management skills.
