Restaurant Manager required for 4-star Luxury Hotel with 1 Rosette Restaurant pushing for 2 in the Lake District, salary of up to £30,000 to £32,000 plus bonus with live-in if required and excellent company benefits!
Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their award-winning fine dining Restaurant with the very highest of standards. This is an independently owned hotel with impeccable standards of food and service, in a stunning location that makes it hugely popular for weddings. The Restaurant currently has 1 Rosette but is on course to gain it’s 2nd.
This Restaurant Manager will focus on providing the highest standards in of food and beverage quality and service for their fine dining Restaurant. An eye for detail and a keen focus on driving sales & profit is essential, along with the ability to build, train and motivate your restaurant team. This is a crucial position in the management structure, and you will report directly to the General Manager and Hotel Owner.
You must be from a Rosette and fine dining background with outstanding knowledge of food and beverage service standards. The ability to drive sales forward through excellent customer service is crucial, as is the ability to control costs and forecasting. Your CV needs to demonstrate your ability to coach and motivate a restaurant team in a high-end establishment where there is consistent pressure to deliver.
Bonus scheme Live-in is available for the ideal candidate at no extra cost. Uniform will be provided and there is a strong benefits package for the right candidate.
