Operations Manager, luxury wedding venue with Rosette accredited Restaurant, £40k plus bonus, Live in available, travelling distance of Ulverston, Cumbria.

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for their Luxury Hotel with the very highest of standards. This luxury independent property is appealing to those looking for a luxury break, a stunning wedding venue or an outstanding dining experience. The property currently has a 1 Rosette Restaurant but is on route to gain 2.

 

THE ROLE

The Operations Manager will be responsible for all parts of the food and beverage operation, providing the very highest standards in every aspect of food and beverage quality and service. You will report to the Managing Director, working closely to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Your eye for detail and focus on driving sales & profit is essential, along with the ability to build, train and motivate your team. As Operations Manager for this high-end establishment, candidates must have experience in a 4* property and be able to manage a team.

 

THE PERSON 

You will be an experienced Operations Manager with a background in star luxury hotels. The ability to drive sales forward through excellent customer service is crucial, as is the ability to control costs and forecast labour requirements. Your CV needs to demonstrate your ability to coach and motivate in a high-end establishment where there is consistent pressure to deliver. You will have unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team. 


BENEFITS 

For the position of Operations Manager, a salary of up to £40,000 plus a bonus of around £2,000 is available. Live in available, Excellent holidays and benefits package for the right candidate.
