Award Winning Hotel & Restaurant in Wilmslow, Cheshire requires a confident, experienced Food and Beverage Manager, £30,000 per annum dependent on experience plus bonus and live in option!

 

Food and Beverage Manager required for this independent 4* Hotel with a Rosette Restaurant located close to Wilmslow. You will take responsibility for the Food and Beverage operations of the hotel, directing the HOD’s to ensure the highest of standards - currently at 1 Rosette. You will work closely with the hands-on Managing Director to push the business further.

 

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that every aspect of the operation continues to be at the high standards, and where possible to look at opportunities to exceed them even further. You will be expected to be prominent in recruitment, promotions, and liaising with your team at every level in every department. You will have excellent knowledge of all health & safety legislation as well as superior man management skills. 

 

You will be an experienced F&B Manager preferably within a 4-star Hotel operation with excellent knowledge of both food and beverage, as well as having high standards of customer service. To maintain the high standards set out by the establishment, a good knowledge of the industry and of competitors is beneficial, but most of all an unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team in all F&B departments of the hotel.
