Sous Chef, £30,000 - £32,000, Independent Hotel, Cheshire.
Sous Chef required for this independent Hotel with Rosette Restaurant located in Cheshire. The role will involve the full day to day running of the venue alongside the Head Chef, from menu design and tastings, costings and staff training to head of department meetings. The hotel is busy with weddings and events as well as having a quality driven 1 Rosette Restaurant. As Sous Chef you will take control of the kitchen, have input into menus, GP targets, stock control, H&S and general kitchen duties. The Hotel is a premium wedding venue, but you will also be required to ensure the restaurant service is runs to a high standard. This is a hands-on role so you must be passionate and be able to lead and develop your team. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, hardworking, be able to cope under pressure and will have good communication skills.

Sous Chef or Junior Sous experience with Rosettes would be ideal but is not essential. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
