Restaurant Manager required for this independent garden centre with a well-established casual, all fresh Restaurant located close to Bury, Lancashire.  

The client is looking to appoint an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager, serving quality food made in house. This is a great opportunity to join and progress with a family run business and place your own ideas onto an already thriving site.

The Role

Working with the Head Chef, you will ensure the site operates efficiently within budget guidelines. The restaurant serves quality food with high turnover and footfall, and a strong, loyal customer base. Working in a high-pressure environment, you will have excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.

The Person

This position requires an experienced Restaurant Manager with a professional and mature approach to high quality fast paced food service, prepared to take the restaurant to the next level. You will have outstanding people skills, proven in leading teams in a busy environment. You will lead through a combination of enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge. You will also have strong business and financial acumen, as well as full understanding of relevant health and hygiene legislation and procedures.
