Chef de Partie, 2 Rosette accredited Hotel, travelling distance of Prestbury, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Macclesfield, 4 day working week! £12 per hour plus minimum £3ph extra tips/gratuities, 48 hours - £37,000 per annum!

Chef de Partie required for this 2 Rosette Hotel with large conference and banquet facilities located within travelling distance of Macclesfield, Prestbury, Cheshire. As Senior Chef de Partie your role will involve working on various areas of the kitchen - conference and banquet, 2 Rosette Restaurant, relaxed Brasserie dining, spa eatery and room service. JOB DESCRIPTION 
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a vibrant kitchen team, working in various kitchen area's and sections. Producing a vast array of different foods and cuisines, covering fine dining to large corporate banquets and wedding functions. Many opportunities to learn and develop skills, gaining invaluable experience from a large kitchen brigade. Excellent work environment with emphasis placed on training, development, teamwork and job satisfaction. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 
A background in a fresh food environment is essential, and experience within a minimum of a 1 Rosette kitchen would be ideal. Catering qualifications and previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred. A commitment and passion for food is certainly required
